The brothers of Zeta Psi Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. celebrated the fraternity's 100th year in existence on March 17, 2007 in the Lake Charles Civic Center's Rosa Hart Theater. The guest speaker was The Honorable Judge Joe Brown from the Judge Joe Brown Show. An Alpha Social followed in the Civic Center Exhibition Hall. Our theme was "Alpha Phi Alpha -- A Century of Leadership and Service: Marching into the Future". Proceeds raised were used to fund the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial in Washington, D.C. and the Ulric W. Pryce Scholarship Fund.
